Founder & CEO
Steve Parker is the Founder and CEO of E2 Strategies, a member of the Chippewa Cree Tribe and a decorated U.S. Navy combat veteran. With over 25 years of operations experience—half of it in alternative lending - he’s earned a reputation for strategic leadership and operational excellence.

Steve’s background spans military service, government roles, and Tribal economic development. With two master’s degrees in Information Systems Management and Business Administration, he leads E2 Strategies with a clear mission: helping lenders grow smarter, faster, and stronger.

Dana Pyette brings over two decades of executive leadership experience in tribal economic development, financial operations, and strategic enterprise management. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of E2 Strategies, Dana works closely with Steve Parker, CEO to guide the firm’s operational strategy, financial oversight, and client execution with a focus on empowering tribal nations to build sustainable, sovereign economic infrastructure.

Dana has worked extensively with tribal governments and Native-owned enterprises to design and implement high-impact lending programs, compliance systems, governance frameworks, and financial reporting structures.
